This notice explains what personal data Caresoft collects through this website and the BBMS trial, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

What we collect on this website

When you request a demo or start a trial we collect your name, role, organisation, work email, mobile number, city and anything you write in the message. We use it only to reply, set up your trial and follow up about BBMS. We do not sell it.

Data inside BBMS

Blood banks using BBMS are the data fiduciaries for their donors and patients; Caresoft processes that data on their behalf. Trials should use test data only.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for contact, by writing to our sales team. Every email we send also lets you stop further messages.

This notice should be reviewed by Caresoft's legal team before publication.
