Donor management, camps and recall
BBMS reminds donors when they can give again, appeals to the right blood groups in shortages and invites them to camps, by SMS, WhatsApp or email in English, Hindi or Marathi. Only donors who agreed to be contacted are messaged, and every message can be stopped.
How are donors contacted?

Channels: SMS through DLT-registered templates, WhatsApp Business Platform (official Cloud API) and email through Amazon SES. Quiet hours and a monthly limit per donor stop over-messaging; bounces and STOP replies are honoured automatically.
What can donors do themselves?
The donor portal works on any phone and can be installed like an app. Donors see their blood group, donation history and next eligible date, download certificates, see upcoming camps and stop messages. Test results are never shown in the portal.
